This series is an attempt to pay tribute to the moments, people, and things that shaped my childhood and, in a sense, still provide me with a magical protective cloak—a sense of identity. I bring objects that are precious to me—souvenirs—back to life to see them again through the eyes of a child. They are the embodiment and carrier of memories. They are my secular relics.
